Our systems start from software only print management solutions built around Uniprint and grow to unified print and copy systems through the addition of the Off-The-Glass (OTG) module. ITS also offers a wide range of hardware devices for cash acceptance and has developed the Indigo solution for web-payment.

Pharos Uniprint can allow any organisation to track, control and optionally charge for both printing and copying. The implementation of a solution reduces paper and toner waste, cuts costs, reduces the impact of your organisation’s paper output on the environment and makes both end-users, be they students or staff, and departments more accountable. Pharos Uniprint provides access to detailed reports that allow you to make the correct policy and purchasing decisions. Uniprint can operate in most networking environments including those that use Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, RM or LDAP for authentication with full pop-up messaging support on both Windows and Mac clients.
